Archtober Partner Memorandum of Understanding
This agreement is between the Center for Architecture (hereafter referred to as the CFA) at 536 LaGuardia Place, New York, NY 10012, and:

Institutional Partner Terms of Agreement
1. Institutional Partner participation in Archtober is confirmed with a $300 contribution to help defray the costs of developing and publicizing Archtober.
2. Participation includes Institutional Partner listing in the New York Times promotional insert distributed to 60,000 subscribers in NYC and at the Center for Architecture. Includes unlimited program listings on
archtober.org
. Events will be included in the weekly Archtober digest (25,000 subscribers). Institutional Partner will benefit from all related marketing and advertising.
3. Archtober is a trademark of the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter (AlANY) and
archtober.org
is a website owned and operated exclusively by the CFA.
4. Institutional Partners agree to publicize Archtober events through their own websites, email blasts, social media, and the use of the Archtober logo, to identify themselves as participating members.
5. Wherever possible, Institutional Partners will track attendance at Archtober events and make that data available to the CFA.
6. The CFA exclusively reserves the right to seek sponsorship and support for Archtober, and to ascribe benefits to its sponsors. No obligations will be incurred by any Institutional Partner in this regard.

Digital Professional Terms of Agreement
1. Digital Professional Partner participation in Archtober is confirmed with a $1,500 contribution to help defray the costs of developing and publicizing Archtober.
2. Participation includes Professional Partner listing and up to 3 program listings on archtober.org. Events will be included in the weekly Archtober digest (25,000 subscribers). Professional Partner will benefit from all related marketing and advertising.
3. Archtober is a trademark of the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter (AlANY) and archtober.org is a website owned and operated exclusively by the CFA.
4. Professional Partners will distribute Archtober promotional materials at Archtober events that are listed on the website. The CFA will make Archtober printed materials available to all participating organizations at no charge.
5. Professional Partners agree to publicize Archtober events through their own websites, email blasts, social media, and the use of the Archtober logo, to identify themselves as participating members.
6. Wherever possible, Professional Partners will track attendance at Archtober events and make that data available to the CFA.
