To begin the reservation process, please fill out the Student Visits Request Form. The request form should be submitted at least four weeks prior to your requested program date(s).
Classes may not be combined for a single workshop. If you are booking for more than one class, please list each class separately.
After receiving the form, we will contact you to finalize the date(s) of your program. You will have one week to confirm. If we do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, your dates will be released.
Once dates have been confirmed, you will receive an invoice. In order to finalize your reservation, a full credit card payment or completed DOE Purchase Order must be received within two weeks of receiving your invoice. We do not accept cash or check payments. If payment has not been received by this deadline, your reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions will be made.
PRICING:
Private or Independent School/Organization – $475/class
NYC Public School – $375/class
NYC Title One School – $275/class
Public School Outside of NYC – f $475/class
Optional Lunch Time Reservation (30 minutes) – Additional $30/class
